Some of these recipes we love and eat all the time. Some we eat only occasionally. However, if it’s a bread or food replacement, we probably eat it a lot.
These recipes are all MSG free or can be made MSG free by making very selective choices in ingredients (read labels!) or switching out an ingredient for a similar replacement. If you are trying to avoid MSG, make your best judgment.
