This year my case load has more students than last year. Many of their needs are greater than last year. I will be teaching in a new school under new administration. I have been busy praying over my babes and my ministry to them.

This year I am completing my final field work and my Master’s thesis. Instead of going to traditional classes, I will be putting in tons of time working from home (Hey, work in jammies is better than sitting in class!). I have been praying for strength and endurance to do my best work and take advantage of learning experiences.

This year, my love and I are embarking on our fourth year of marriage!

We will continue to be involved on our worship team, in our small group bible study, and active in our church.

Yes, it will be a busy and trying year. But I honestly believe that this will be a year packed with blessings from our heavenly father!

We watched her some last summer while her parents played softball. She wasn’t sitting up on her own and spent a lot of time in the sling. She still took a bottle. Now, we are eating our bananas together and reading stories and she is toddling all over the place! The child development process (and the speed at which those little ones learn and grow!) never ceases to amaze me!

This is my list of things that I want to complete in 1001 days. The 1001 days began on Friday, July 18, 2009 and will end on Saturday, April 14, 2012. I will be 26 and completing my third year of teaching.

I will update this page with my progress; any items completed will be in bold. Progress will be noted in parenthesis.

Spiritual (9)
1. Read the bible four times: in four different translations.
 2. Purchase the Matthew Henry commentary and use while reading.
3. Read the bible every day for two months straight (improve the habit).
