Garlic-Cheese Drop Biscuits

Um, we can’t leave these alone! They look great and are super easy to make!

Garlic Cheese Drop Biscuits
2 cups all purpose flour
3 teaspoons garlic powder, divided
2.5 t. baking powder
½ t. baking soda
½ c. butter or coconut oil
¾ c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. buttermilk
3 t. butter, melted

In a small bowl combing the flour, t teaspoons garlic powder, baking powder, & baking soda. Cut in butter or coconut oil until crumbly. Stir in buttermilk just until moistened.

Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls onto a baking sheet. Bake at 450 for 10 minutes. Combine butter and garlic powder, brush over the biscuits. Cook 4-6 minutes longer.
