Easy-Peasy Egg Noodles

3 cups flour
3 eggs
1/2 -1 cup milk
12-16 cups chicken broth

Place flour in a small bowl, making a dent in the center. Add the egg and the milk and mix until very sticky. Roll out the dough to be very thin and cut into desired shape. Slowly stir the noodles into a pot of boiling chicken broth. Stir constantly while adding noodles so that the noodles do not start to stick together. Turn the heat to a low boil and cook noodles for about one hour – until tender. Stir frequently while noodles boil.
