1 ½ lbs. pork cut into cubed
2 T. oil
½ c. barbeque sauce
¼ c. vinegar
¼ c. water
1 green pepper cut into strips
12 oz. pineapple preserves
Brown chicken in oil. Add barbeque sauce, vinegar, and water. Cover and simmer for 45 minutes. Add green pepper and preserves, cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
Serve over rice or noodles.
