We make this when we have friends over for breakfast – it tastes delicious, has lots of yummy nutrients, and fills the tummy right up!

1 lb. sliced or cubed ham
1/2 t. salt
4 eggs, beaten
2 c. milk
8 ounces of shredded cheddar
6 slices toasted bread cubes

In a medium bowl, mix salt, eggs, and milk. Add ham, bread, and cheese. Stir until even. Pour into a greased 9×13 inch pan. Cover and chill in fridge overnight. Preheat oven to 350 and bake 40-60 minutes. Uncover and reduce temperature to 325 and bake 30 minutes.
