
It’s Menu Plan Monday!
We will be visiting family at the end of the week which means only four meals need to be planned this week.
This week is also the first week of all day kindergarten. Half day kindergarten with half day workdays has been wearing me out; full day should be interesting! It’s also the first week when I will be pulling students to work one-on-one throughout the days. Thus, I have planned some very simple meals for this week!
Dinners:
Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole
Lasagna
Chicken Nuggets
Homemade Pizza
Breakfasts: toast w/jam, yogurt and granola, oatmeal, fruit, smoothies
Snacks: crackers, cottage cheese, hummus and toast, fresh fruit
Dessert: Chocolate Chip Cookies

I wish that we started out the year with half days. We have been all day since the beginning. Man am I worn out!!
