We are back to our home after spending the weekend with my family. It was a wonderful time of relaxing and enjoying a little bit of time with our loved ones. This week is my last partial week of summer and I will begin working my new job this week.
I am so excited about the upcoming semester! I will be starting my first teaching job which will be a whirlwind of a wonderful adventure, I am sure! Cole and I have lots of fun plans for enjoying our evenings and weekends this fall and I can’t wait to enjoy special times with him and with our friends!
But that’s not all. I am excited about what is coming up on my blog, including:
kitchen/household tips
completed craft projects
stories and experiences from my classroom
getting ready for my sister’s wedding
updates on 101 things in 1001 days list
green cleaning and green personal care ideas
and whatever else strikes my fancy!
Remember that you can always look up recipes on my MSG Free Recipes tab. You can check my progress on my 101 Things in 1001 Days List on my 101 Things List tab. There will be a new tab in the next few days entitled Natural Living where you will be able to quickly reference information about green living (simple habits, cleaning, and personal care).
As a way to kick of this new season in life, I am asking you to ask me questions. I love when other bloggers ask if there are any questions that their readers have. Sometimes there is just a random question that you wonder about a person, their family, their lives, and their thoughts but never actually ask. So I am asking you….ask me your questions (in a comment or an email) and I will answer as many as I possibly can here on my blog!

Have you always been so organized even as a kid?
What are your favorite family traditions- old and new?
What are you most excited about with your new job? Most scared?
My questions for you:
Have you always been this driven or did you become this way over time?
Are you planning on being a stay-at-home mom?
What do you do in times of doubt and struggle?
What advice would you give someone who wants to begin a more faith centered, organized and home lifestyle but has no basis as a guide because they grew up in day cares and whose parents worked 50+ hours a week?
What do you have for snacks now that you don’t have much processed stuff?
What is your favorite organizational item?
What is one thing that you wish you could buy right now?
What are some examples of information you keep in your Homemaker Notebook? So far I have a price book and a menu plan in mine. Any other ideas for encouraging a more organized/simple/efficient house are greatly appreciated!
When you freeze meals for eating later, how long do they typically need to sit out to thaw?
What are some of your coupon sources?
