
First make the bread:
¼ c. butter, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1 ½ t. salt
2 c. warm water
4 ½ t. yeast
1 egg
6-7 c. bread flour
Combine butter, sugar, salt, and water. Add yeast and allow to rest. Add egg and 3 c. flour. Mix. Add remaining flour. Allow to rise.
Then:
Cut mozzarella cheese into small rectangles.
Split into several balls that fit into your fist. Flatten each of these balls into a small square.
Put a piece of cheese and three pepperoni’s on each piece of flattened dough. Roll up.
Freeze individually until needed or bake immediately.
Bake at 350 until the top is slightly brown and cheese gushes out.
