Crock Pot Yogurt

This yogurt is runnier than the yogurt that you purchase at the store. But, it’s perfect for mixing with fruit to make a breakfast smoothie!

½ gallon milk
½ c. live and active yogurt culture

Cook milk on low for 2 ½ hours. Unplug and let sit 3 hours. Scoop out 2 c. milk and whisk together with the yogurt. Dump back in the crock-pot and stir. Wrap crock-pot in a large towel for eight hours.

Delicious!
