Substitute this homemade version in any recipe that calls for enchilada sauce.
15 oz. tomato sauce
½ c. water
2 ½ t. chili powder
½ t. salt
½ t. garlic posder
¼ t. ground cumin
5-6 drops Tabasco sauce
Simmer 20 minutes.
