Salsa Chicken

1 lb. chicken, cooked and grated (we use less than a full pound)
1 packet taco seasoning
16 oz. wide egg noodles
16 oz. sour cream

Boil noodles, drain, return to pot. Add sour cream. In a separate bowl, mix shredded chicken with taco seasoning. Add to the noodle mixture and cook for five to seven minutes on medium heat.

We love this wonderful recipe! Enjoy!

I LOVE your wonderful, simple, inexpensive recipies. I made the brownies the other day for a fellowship meal at church. They were wonderful! Keep ‘em comin’! =)
