Monday: tacos, green beans

Prep: none

Tuesday: tomato soup, grilled cheese, salad or veggies

Prep: soak black beans

Wednesday: black bean soup, mexican rice

Prep: thaw meal

Thursday: chicken noodle soup, salad or veggies

Prep: thaw meat, thaw cheese

Friday: lentil and cheese meatloaf, corn

Prep: none

Saturday: Garmin Winter Event (I get dressed up and don’t make dinner!)

Prep: make bread

Sunday: leftovers
