Taco Seasoning

We have used this recipe a few times and have really liked it! Use instead of individual taco seasoning packets in any recipe. It makes the equivalent of 12 taco seasoning packets.

1/2 c. dried minced onion
1/4 c. chili powder
2 T. cornstarch
1/2 T. salt (watch out with the salt, more than this makes really salty meat!)
2 T. crushed red pepper
2 T. garlic powder
2 T. ground cumin
1 T. oregano

This looks very pretty when layered in a ball jar! But, sadly, it has to be mixed up for long term use and storage.
