Menu Plan Monday


It’s Menu Plan Monday!

This week will be a very very busy week! Good thing there are tons of yummy meals planned and prepared!

Monday: Tomato Risotto
Tuesday: Mexican Lasagna
Wednesday: Ham and Macaroni Casserole
Thursday: Winter Soup
Friday: Pepperoni Pizza
Saturday: Chinese Fried Rice

Breakfast: oatmeal, pancakes, fruit & yogurt smoothie, or toast
** Side Note: Must drink milk with breakfast everyday – I used to be good about this and stopped for some unknown reason. Need that calcium!

Challenge: Make a cheesecake.
